IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and helpslit ("helpslit", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the helpslit online gaming platform available at helpslit.app and all associated services. 1Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:
- "helpslit" refers to the online gaming platform operated at helpslit.app and all associated services, applications, and products.
- "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the helpslit platform.
- "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration with helpslit.
- "Balance" / "Wallet" means the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) balance held in a Player's helpslit account, comprising real-money funds and/or bonus funds.
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback amounts, or other promotional values credited by helpslit to a Player's account and subject to wagering requirements.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by helpslit before processing withdrawals or at helpslit's discretion for account security purposes.
- "Games" means any slot game, live dealer game, table game, bingo, jackpot fishing, roulette, sports betting market, or other wagering product made available on the helpslit platform.
- "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which the current version of these Terms applies.
2Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The helpslit platform is strictly for players aged 21 years or older, consistent with applicable Philippine regulations governing casino-style gambling activities. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. helpslit reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the Player is found to be underage. Any balance held in an underage account at the time of closure will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, minus any bonus funds.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The helpslit platform is designed for use by players located in the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of helpslit is legal in your jurisdiction. helpslit makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one (1) helpslit account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. helpslit reserves the right to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with duplicate accounts.
2.4 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are required to notify helpslit promptly of any changes to your registered details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
3Account Management
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helpslit login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. helpslit will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.2 Account Activity
All transactions, bets, and game sessions conducted from your helpslit account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised them. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact helpslit support immediately via live chat.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or real-money wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. helpslit reserves the right to apply an inactivity administrative fee of ₱50 per month after the initial 12-month inactive period. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Any remaining balance after fees will be available upon account reactivation.
4Identity Verification (KYC)
helpslit is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit at least one of the following valid Philippine government-issued identity documents:
- Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
- Passport
- Driver's License
- SSS / GSIS ID
- Voter's ID
- PRC ID
In addition to identity verification, helpslit may require proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered GCash account name matching your helpslit account name). helpslit reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion for fraud prevention and compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC is successfully completed.
5Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
Deposits to your helpslit wallet may be made via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. helpslit does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are generally credited to your helpslit wallet instantly for e-wallet methods and within 15–60 minutes for bank transfers.
5.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount from your helpslit account is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. helpslit reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. helpslit does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals.
5.3 Payment Method Consistency
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. helpslit reserves the right to require additional verification where a Player requests withdrawal to a different payment method than used for deposit.
5.4 Currency
All transactions on the helpslit platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). helpslit does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility and cost of the Player.
6Bonuses and Promotions
Note: Bonus Terms vary by promotion. The terms below are the general framework. Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiry periods, and maximum cashout amounts are set out in the individual promotion's Terms, which are accessible on the relevant promotion page within helpslit. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your helpslit account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements specify the total volume of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus funds become cashable. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Eligible Games
Not all games on the helpslit platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of bets placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting contributions vary by promotion. Games that are explicitly excluded from wagering requirement contribution will be noted in the promotion-specific terms.
6.3 Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active
While bonus funds are active in your helpslit account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is ₱500, unless a lower limit is specified in promotion-specific terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided by helpslit, and the associated bonus may be forfeited.
6.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds that are not wagered through within the specified expiry period (typically 7–30 days from credit, as stated in the promotion) will be automatically removed from your helpslit account without compensation.
6.5 Abuse and Fraud
helpslit reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is engaged in bonus abuse, pattern betting, arbitrage, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.
7Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the helpslit platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before participating. helpslit's casino games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real-time. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for slots are published in the individual game information panels.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or system error during a game session at helpslit, the round in progress at the time of the failure may be void. helpslit will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical failures fairly, but reserves the right to void any round affected by a verifiable technical malfunction.
8Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helpslit platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to interact with the helpslit platform;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any helpslit game or system;
- Engaging in collusion with other players in any game on the helpslit platform;
- Using the helpslit platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
- Registering or operating multiple accounts;
- Accessing the helpslit platform from jurisdictions where such access is prohibited;
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions on deposits made to helpslit without first contacting helpslit support;
- Any conduct that constitutes abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward helpslit staff or other players.
9Account Suspension and Closure
helpslit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a Player breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) helpslit has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) a Player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the helpslit platform; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, helpslit reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings. Where an account is closed at helpslit's discretion for reasons unrelated to Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may voluntarily close their helpslit account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests and applicable KYC requirements must be resolved.
10Responsible Gaming
helpslit is committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered Players from Account Settings and can be activated immediately without requiring support intervention.
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits to your helpslit account. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
- Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling period.
- Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a defined play session duration.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily self-exclude your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, you cannot log in or deposit. This cannot be reversed within the set period.
- Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your helpslit account with no option for reinstatement for a minimum of 12 months. Contact helpslit support to initiate permanent self-exclusion.

11Intellectual Property
All content on the helpslit platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, software, and written content — is the property of helpslit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any helpslit content without prior written consent. The helpslit name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
12Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helpslit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the helpslit platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity. helpslit's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any matter related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
helpslit does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or factors outside helpslit's reasonable control.
13Privacy and Data
Your personal data is processed by helpslit in accordance with the helpslit Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. helpslit complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
14Amendments
helpslit reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address registered on their helpslit account and/or by prominent notice on the helpslit platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the helpslit platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at helpslit.app/terms-conditions.
15Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the helpslit platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact helpslit support to seek resolution. helpslit commits to engaging in good faith to resolve disputes through direct communication within a reasonable timeframe.
