- Responsible gaming monitoring — compliance with legal obligations and the legitimate interest of helpslit in protecting player welfare (DPA Sec. 12(c), 12(f));
- Customer support — performance of the contract and legitimate interests (DPA Sec. 12(b), 12(f));
- Marketing communications — with your explicit consent, where you have opted in to receive promotional communications from helpslit (DPA Sec. 12(a)). You may withdraw this consent at any time;

5Cookies and Tracking Technologies
5.1 What Cookies helpslit Uses
helpslit uses the following categories of cookies on its platform:

- Payment processors: GCash (GXI), Maya (Voyager Innovations), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ — solely for processing deposits and withdrawals from your helpslit account;
- Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and AML compliance platforms engaged by helpslit to verify player identity and conduct required due diligence;
- Game providers: JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and other licensed game providers may receive anonymised session and game outcome data necessary for game delivery and RTP auditing;

7International Data Transfers
Some of helpslit's third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers and international game providers — are located outside the Philippines and may process your personal data in jurisdictions outside the Philippines. Where such transfers occur, helpslit ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the DPA and NPC regulations, including contractual data protection clauses that require the receiving party to apply standards of data protection equivalent to those required under Philippine law.
8Data Retention
helpslit retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations. Specifically:
- Account registration data and KYC documentation is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine AML regulations;
- Transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, bet history) are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following each transaction;
- Communications with helpslit support are retained for a minimum of three (3) years;
- Technical and device data (server logs, IP records) is retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months unless required for fraud investigation or legal proceedings.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with helpslit's data disposal procedures.
9Security Measures

11Minors and Age Restriction
The helpslit platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years or older. helpslit does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If helpslit becomes aware that an account has been registered by a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, and any personal data associated with the underage account will be handled in accordance with this Policy and applicable law, including secure deletion where permitted.
Parents or guardians who believe their child has registered an account at helpslit are urged to contact helpslit support immediately. helpslit takes the protection of minors seriously and enforces age verification requirements through KYC procedures.
12Changes to This Policy
helpslit reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via the email address registered on their helpslit account and/or by prominent notice on the helpslit platform prior to the changes taking effect.
